In our article about things that will make you happier, we encouraged you to add more excitement to your life and learn to make the most of every minute. Well, adventure sports are perfect for achieving this.

How can I get started with adventure sports?
You'll find that with so many different possibilities and sectors available, it's easy to feel a bit lost - and that's completely normal. A good approach is to stop and consider what we enjoy most, where we'd feel most comfortable, and which activities have always caught our attention that we'd like to try.

Highly recommended and particularly enjoyable in spring and summer when high temperatures make refreshing activities especially appealing for making the most of your day. Here's a list of all the water sports available.
- Guided kayak excursion. This is a very relaxing activity that's accessible to anyone, regardless of experience level or age. You can choose between single or tandem kayaks depending on whether you prefer going solo or sharing the experience. You'll find routes on whitewater rivers, calm waters, reservoirs or even at sea. Just pick what suits you best - simple as that!

- Whitewater rafting. This will definitely give you more of an adrenaline rush than kayaking. What's great about rafting is that you'll be sharing the raft with 7-8 people, doubling the fun. An instructor joins your group in the raft to provide guidance and tips for navigating the river's obstacles. 100% recommended!

Perfect for anyone who's ever dreamed of flying... Here are two suggestions, but you can find more information about all available air sports here.
- Tandem paragliding flight. This is absolutely an experience you must try at least once. It's more than just a sport - from up high you'll see landscapes you couldn't otherwise appreciate without your pilot. Silence, peace and adventure will be your true companions.

- Light aircraft flight. Another way to get your feet off the ground - while less natural than paragliding, it might give you even more adrenaline, especially if the pilot decides to perform some aerobatics. Plus, you might even get to take the controls at some point. How brilliant is that?

- Hiking excursion. While not the most adventurous activity available, it's certainly a great way to start exploring this world. Some trails will leave you speechless - nature never fails to amaze. There are routes for all fitness levels too.

- Caving. Anyone can try this sport without prior experience, though it's not recommended if you're claustrophobic. There's something truly magical about exploring beneath the earth's surface and discovering what lies hidden below. If I were you, I wouldn't hesitate for a second!

Don't stay indoors all winter! Try one of these sports or dare to enjoy other snow activities.
- Snowshoeing. A great option for those who want to visit the mountains in peak season but don't ski or snowboard, or simply want to explore snowy landscapes. A mountain guide leads the group and explains how to use the equipment.

- Mushing. Here you simply let the dogs pull your sled through the snow while the musher guides the team. Perfect for families with children and nature lovers, as you'll be in constant contact with the wilderness. Fun is guaranteed - don't miss out!

The options here are endless, so make the most of your free time in original ways - you'll be doing something different that you'll thoroughly enjoy. What are you waiting for? Check out all our adventure offers - you're bound to find something perfect for you!
- Zip-lining. Visiting a high ropes course is great fun, and you can go with family, friends or children. Ideal for stag/hen parties and friend gatherings - the more the merrier!

- Airsoft. If you're tired of doing the same things with your friends in your free time, change things up and visit an airsoft field. Put on camouflage gear, grab your replica weapons, split into teams and battle it out - you'll have an absolute blast.
