Escola D'Esquí i Snowboard Tavascan is a small school located in Pallars Sobirà, within the ski resort of Pleta del Prat (Tavascán). We have recently decided to start the ski and snowboard school, accompanied, of course, by the experience in the field of teaching of our team of teachers.
From the school we want to offer personal and quality treatment, for this reason we do not work with very large ratios per teacher.
At Escola D'Esquí i Snowboard Tavascan we have set out to offer complete and global training on everything that surrounds the world of snow. In addition to ski and snowboard classes, our center also offers a wide range of complementary activities.
Our intention is to bring young people and children closer to the world of the winter mountains, from various aspects, offering a vision that goes beyond going down the slopes. We offer a wide variety of courses and activities for all levels in the following categories:

- Snowboard
- Nordic Skiing
- Snowshoe excursions

With our teachers you will spend hours and hours going down the slopes of this resort, acquiring a good level of skiing with which you will be able to let go in no time.
We have class options:

To learn and jump on the snowboard freely and without the risk of crashing, Tavascán is a perfect place with clear slopes and a very familiar atmosphere.
We have classes so you can learn your way and with a teacher for you alone and group classes lasting 1,2 and 3 hours a day.
Rent your board at the rental store and get ready to spend some amazing days of snow and snowboarding in the Pyrenees.
Summary Snowshoeing
You can enjoy the snowshoeing activity on the slopes of the high mountains that surround the Tavascá station in the heart of the Lleida Pyrenees >s. It does not require a special technical or physical level, it is a perfect activity for all ages and all levels.
At Escola D'esquí i Snowboard Tavascan we can adapt the outings to the appropriate duration and level for each group. The rental of the equipment is in the ski resort itself. There are several levels of difficulty:
- Half day: Estaby del Diablo. An excursion lasting approximately 4 hours with a medium level of difficulty. We will overcome a difference in altitude from +380 to -580 meters.
- Full day: Pic del Campirme. Elevation from +680 to -880 meters. 6-hour outing with a medium level of difficulty.
All departures include:
- Necessary material: rackets and canes that will help us support ourselves
- Mountain guide who will be responsible for the group
- Ski pass that will give you access to the station
Summary Cross-Country Skiing
The circuit has several with different difficulties for all types of skiers. From gentle walks without much unevenness to hard journeys that take us to the top of the mountains, such as the ascent to the top of Trencacalders at more than 2,200 meters above sea level.
We provide you with the cross-country ski equipment you need to undertake the days we propose.
Physical condition and age are not the most important things, and anyone can do the crossings. Furthermore, it does not require special skill or experience in handling skis.
