Company Overview
Pekes is the ski school in Baqueira Beret from which we provide teaching in the main winter sports aimed at the little ones in the house. However, that does not prevent us from being able to serve parents as well, creating unforgettable days with snow as the protagonist.
The classes we teach can take place in any of the sectors of this station, from Beret itself to the one that corresponds to Bonaigua. Of course our teachers are officially qualified so that you can learn both to ski and to slide with the snowboard with guarantees through:
- Private classes in both modalities: with which we seek maximum personalization of each of the lessons, focusing on exactly the level you need, from basic initiation to more technical improvement.
- Group learning: through our group classes you will be able to improve with other students who are at a similar point to yours.
- Simultaneous classes for the whole family: we do not see the reason to separate parents and children if you want to train by spending time together.
If you need to rent the material from us to follow the lessons, we will give you a discount when you reserve the classes and you will have the opportunity to return it comfortably at any of the skiservices available in Baqueira.
Summary Skiing
At the Pekes ski school we think that the sooner you start learning to ski, the better. That is why we propose our ski courses in Baqueira Beret based on pedagogy systems that over time have shown us how well they suit any student.
We are based on a way of teaching that allows children to progressively internalize techniques and knowledge as if it were a game. Before you can even realize their progress, they will have gained confidence and mastered the movements with enough quality to avoid injuries due to bad habits in the future. You just have to decide if you want us to serve them with:
- Classes for Juniors and little ones throughout the season at a private level: with 2 and 3 hour classes in which we distinguish what level the participants have and we look at their age. This way we can work on the needs of the little ones with a methodology and adapt this to those who are almost adolescents.
- Courses lasting a minimum of 2 days: group lessons with total flexibility since children can start the day they want and will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily learning with other classmates. The teaching staff is provided by the schools that make up the Valle de Arán association.
Summary Snowboarding
With Pekes your children will learn the keys to snowboarding in the Arán Valley since we are specialists in teaching minors through classes for all levels in Baqueira Beret . However, you do not have to waste your family visit if you adults consider that you need to start continuing with your learning. In that case we also organize family courses for you.
We have absolute flexibility and you only need to decide how much time you have to start the lessons:
- If you have at least a couple of days: sign up the little ones for the snowboard lessons that we do in groups. They last 3 hours, starting at 10 a.m., and can be booked for a minimum of 2 days.
- With some free hours: our private classes can be booked individually by requesting as many as you see fit. They last 2 and 3 hours and are available with different rates for the general season and the high season.
The material you rent from us, with a discount for hiring us as teachers, can be left again at the station at the end of the day both in Baqueira 1500 and in Beret 1850, Bonaigua 2072 and Val de Ruda.
