Water Sports Mallorca Kitesurf we are the only official kitesurf school on the entire island of Mallorca. The only requirement to practice kitesurfing is to know how to swim and to have a normal sporty build. That being the case, we can now begin.

We will advise you on what type of course you need. We will choose the best time according to your possibilities and according to the optimal wind conditions. We adapt to your vacation plan.

These are the courses we have at Water Sports Mallorca Kitesurf:

• 12-hour initiation course: you will get started in kitesurfing with this course in groups of up to a maximum of 4 people per instructor. You will learn to assemble the equipment, take off and land the kites from land and water, and let yourself slide over the water with the fun body-drags. Afterwards, you will practice the water-start before starting to maintain and gain windward with the upwind or make changes of direction and jibes.

• 9-hour practical course: in groups of up to a maximum of 4 people, we will practice during the course so that you become familiar with all the material to be used and learn how to assemble it. You will also take off and land the kites from land and water, as well as slide with the fun Body-drags. Finally you will be ready for your first Water-start outings and your first sailing lengths.

• 6-hour baptism course: with the same characteristics in terms of content and number of participants as the previous one.

• Proved Lessons: the method used in private lessons is that the instructor teaches you kitesurfing alone. It doesn't matter if the objective of the lesson is to teach you simple beginner-level movements or the most demanding ones for improvement: the instructor will immediately correct your possible mistakes so that you achieve what you set out to do quickly and immediately.

These are the courses we offer you:

• 10-hour introductory course: we will teach you the basic notions about the physical forces that act in navigation, apparent and relative winds. Also the rules of priority of passage in the water are an important part to learn in this course. Finally we will teach you the main safety rules and how to act in case of risk situations. During the practical part, we will teach you the main marine knots to use so that you can learn to assemble and disassemble each boat on your own.

• 6-hour practical course: we will also focus on safety and reactions to dangerous situations. After some initial instructions on the beach, we will go directly into the water. At the end of the practical classes, the theoretical part is carried out, which will serve to adapt all the navigation knowledge that the student already has from other sports such as monohull sailing or windsurfing, for example, to catamaran sailing itself.< /li>

• 4-hour advanced course: in groups of up to a maximum of two students per boat, you will learn to sail on a catamaran with our boats: Hobie Cat 15, 16 and 18. Depending on your level of navigation, we will prepare you so that you know how to do a correct trim of the boat. Once the first point has been optimized, we will move on to sailing from the trapezes and then to the jibes with speed.
