If you have ever thought about getting started in water sports we can offer you the practice of two of them: kitesurfing and paddle surfing. Both will help you develop skills in you that you didn't even know existed and will bring you incredible benefits while you disconnect from everyday life in the Mediterranean.
Our federated instructors will ensure that you learn to practice them and that you turn them into a real hobby. Without a doubt it will be an adventure that you will not be able to miss. We have courses aimed at all levels so you can find the one that suits you and make the most of your free time.
- Kitesurfing. We offer kite courses for those who want to start as well as for those who want to progress in their level. We can also rent the equipment so that those who know how can practice it whenever they want.
- Paddle surfing. If you sign up for our journeys you can discover a different way of doing sports and tourism in the Mediterranean.
Choose any of our sports modalities and practice them with whoever you want most, because even small children can enjoy them.
Summary Kitesurfing
At Spinosaboards we have our professional school. With 15 years of experience teaching kitesurfing classes and 25 years in the nautical teaching sector. Professional teaching with F.E.V license. and IKO id 956. In addition to our official headquarters you can look for our mobile unit on the beach.
Furthermore, for years at Spinosaboards we have been studying and testing many prototypes around the world. Testing our boards in all types of conditions and in the hands of all types of riders.
In addition to building boards, Spinosa has been offering surf and kiteboarding training courses for all levels for 9 years. The school has Cabrinha material, of the best quality, renewed every year.
The classes are taught by certified F.E.V. instructors. and IKO, with extensive experience, experiences the first sensations of Kitesurfing with them.
Types of courses (all 6 hours):

Summary Paddle Boarding
The SUP board has larger dimensions than those used for surfing, as it is designed for cruising, although experts also use it to catch waves. It has high buoyancy and the correct position to ride it is with your feet in the middle of the board and your legs somewhat separated and bent.
A large part of the muscles of the legs, abdomen, glutes and arms are worked, since to advance in it you need to row with a single-bladed paddle.
At first you may find it difficult to maintain your balance, but once you get the hang of it you will see how easy and fun it is to practice.
We carry out introduction courses to paddle surfing of 1 or 2 hours as well as SUP equipment rental so that you can enjoy this activity if you already have experience.
