This is a training session, 2 hours. We will start in the sand, where the instructor will teach you the basic positions and movements.
Afterwards we will enter the water with the boards and paddles and take a quiet walk along the Murcian coast, always guided by a professional.
This activity is valid for all ages. The only thing we require is knowing how to swim. We will show you the rest when you come.
