You would like to enter the world of diving and discover the seabed of the Costa Brava with the help of qualified professionals with years of experience in this sector.

At Medaqua we offer you introductory, advanced and snorkelling courses.

- The baptism would consist of an immersion at a maximum depth of 12 meters. The activity would begin with the viewing of a video that explains the bases of this sport and the subsequent imposition of the necessary material consisting of the aqualung with a bottle and the neoprene suit. Once prepared, we will all drive to "El Falanguer", a protected and shallow cove where you can make your first dive.

- The open water course will take you to dive up to 18 meters. This training includes a theoretical and practical part, this way you will be able to contemplate the wide fauna and flora of the sea. To do this it is essential to know nothing and be at least 12 years old, but up to 18 you need parental authorization. It lasts 4 to 5 days or 2 weekends intensively.

- You can practice snorkeling, a new way to immerse yourself and appreciate the beauty of the depths. You will only need some glasses and a tube.

Enjoy a good kayak adventure to discover the wonderful places of the Costa Brava near L’ Estartit in Girona.

The boats are two-seater so that two people can go in each one. The activity will begin with an explanation on land of how the paddle works and then it will be something simple since it is not necessary to have experience.

At all times you will be accompanied by a motorboat where there will be experts who will give you all the security possible since they will be equipped with the necessary elements for rescue in case of capsizing.

As for you, you must wear a swimsuit and summer shirt, as you prefer, and closed shoes. To protect yourself from the sun, it is advisable to apply cream. We will give you the life jacket required by the law for carrying out this activity.

The usual itinerary is towards the Medes Islands and perhaps if everything goes on time we will be able to make a stop at Meda Gran Island.

We are waiting for you in L'Estartit, east of the province of Girona, so you can enjoy an adventure in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

We put at your disposal a boat called Daughters with a length of 9m so that you can contemplate with your friends or family the wonderful views that you can see from the sailboat and feel the wind on your face along with the smell of sea salt.

The activity includes a technical introduction prior to the beginning of the trip, the excursion, the qualified guide who has been doing this type of journey for many years, all the necessary material for the successful completion where each traveler must wear a life jacket and the Medaqua passport.

The tour will last approximately 2 and a half hours and you must be at least 6 years old and, of course, know how to swim.
