Summary Canoeing
If there is one adventure sport in Asturias that stands out above the rest, it is the descent of the Sella by canoe. Los Cauces wants you to come and experience it firsthand!
Once there, one of our instructors will give you the basics of how to handle the canoe (it's very simple), and then the action will begin.
You will go on your own, to follow the pace you want, and make the stops you want, on the river beaches. There are even beach bars where you can recharge your batteries!
The material that we will leave you includes the canoe, the paddle, the life jacket, a waterproof container to store your things, and a picnic.
Depending on the season and weather, we will also provide you with a wetsuit and/or raincoat.
The picnic is very complete. Includes a large sandwich, piece of fruit, piece of cake and bottle of water.
If you decide to do only part of the descent, there is an exit in Toraño.
On the waterproof container there is a sticker with our telephone number, so you can call us if you have any questions or incidents along the route. We will be happy to assist you!
When you finish, you can use the changing rooms and showers (with hot water) in our facilities.
And, remember, the International Canoe Descent of the Sella takes place on the first Saturday in August. An event that every adventurer has to witness at some point!

Summary Horseback Riding
If there is something we like at Los Cauces it is enjoying Asturian nature with a special company, our horses.
We carry out horse routes designed for those who do not have experience riding with calm walks that will allow you to enjoy the animal and the impressive environment where we do them, the surroundings of Arriondas, in Asturias .
We offer the best family experience, both adults and children will be able to enjoy the tour. Age does not matter, the only requirement is height, which must be greater than 1.30 meters. And for the little ones to be able to gallop on our horses, they must be accompanied by an adult, but each one on a different horse!
We do 1-hour routes, the ideal time for beginners in the equestrian world. And so that you can enjoy a comfortable ride, we recommend wearing long pants to avoid chafing. We take care of the rest. We will provide you with all the necessary riding material, helmet included.

We offer a multitude of alternatives, depending on the level of difficulty you are looking for: beginner, medium, advanced and very high.
To adapt the degree of difficulty we carry out the activities in different ravines. What are they?
- If you want to do a family plan: the Rubo ravine
- To get started in the world of canyoning: The Vallegón, Carangas or La Molina ravines.
- Do you have previous experience? The Rubo Complete or theViboli ravines are two perfect settings.
- And for those who have a high level, an extreme ravine is the Carangas integral.
Most are located around the Picos de Europa, such as those of the emblematic Sella River, or in the Cares.

If you are a fan of adventure sports, you know that the place where they are carried out is of great importance. For this reason, Los Cauces wants to take you rafting on the Sella River itself, where hundreds of canoe enthusiasts gather every year.
However, we can also do this activity in such emblematic places as the Cares River, or the Deva River, if you have already tried it, you do not want to repeat the descent on your next occasion.
The inflatable rafts that we will take can hold 4, 6 or 8 people. There will also be a professional monitor, who will be in charge of directing the team.
The only thing you have to bring is a swimsuit, closed-toe shoes (don't mind getting wet), a towel, and clothes to change into later. The technical material, of course, is carried by us.
Logically, it is necessary to know how to swim, for safety reasons.
