Company Overview
At the Pinos Laredo Surf School, the Cantabrian beaches open up to two of the water sports that will become your favorites if they are not already: surfing and paddle surfing.
Join our courses, recognized for our experience accumulated since 2004, in Playa Salvé, right on the coast of Laredo. Choose the time you have available to learn, we have it planned with:
- One-day or 2-day courses: your first experience or baptism in the water in which you will begin to become familiar with the material. If you have a little more availability, we recommend that you decide to stay with us for 2 days.
- 3-day lessons: aimed at gaining autonomy on the board and feeling confident enough to try more times on your own.
- Full week programs: with daily time dedicated to training, to learn calmly and without rushing.
- Registration for the entire month: you can extend your classes for a full month and ensure that you undergo a faster evolution as a surfer.
If you want to complement this sport with another of its variants, or something calmer, we have paddle surfing equipment for you to surf or train in the use of the board and the paddle.

At the Pinos Laredo Surf School, we have already surpassed the decade introducing Cantabrians and visitors to this sport in which we ride the waves with a board. Thanks to the participation of these people, we have only grown as teachers, achieving a way of teaching that today supports the quality of all our courses.
Today, you can trust us just as the Cantabrian and national surf federations do. Also, we influence the well-being of the students by adapting to the requirements that must be met at Playa Salvé, where we usually work.
We organize surf lessons at:
- Initiation classes: the most basic ones aimed at helping those who have rarely or never been on a board. Thanks to them, surfing will no longer be a secret to anyone.
- Improvement programs: those who have been surfing for a long time do not have to give up spending a few days with us. We will help you refine your technique and learn new tricks.
- Master class: if you feel like it, we organize special classes focused on specific maneuvers with teachers capable of doing wonders in the most complex waves.

In Playa Salvé you will find the main area of operation of the Pinos Laredo Surf School, perfect if you want to take the opportunity to try paddle surfing.
We have chosen this location because it offers us the right conditions practically all year round, right where the waves cut into the mountainous landscape that we leave behind. SUP is an ideal sport to appreciate the environment because it allows us a relaxed ride on the large board that we will carry. This way we can take our eyes off our feet and take them directly to the natural wonders with which we will find ourselves surrounded.
You will be learning this discipline with a school recognized by the Surf Federation, both nationally and in the Autonomous Community. Our teachers are prepared so that you can immerse yourself in stand up paddle without limitations:
- Starting on the SUP: you will know the elements that will accompany you in the water. They are a board of larger dimensions than those used for surfing and a paddle. This size, larger than usual, gives you stability, eliminating problems maintaining balance.
- Improving your technique: if you want to know more, instead of limiting yourself to taking a ride paddle in hand, ask for the help of our teachers.
