Enjoy SUP School is a different form of fun, adventure and coexistence, it is an offer aimed at the general public, both seniors and adults will be able to live an exciting day sailing on a paddle surf board or paddling on a kayak.
These are activities guided by monitors from our center, a highly prepared staff with very professional training.
You can rent all the SUP equipment and kayak boats, you can choose between several models, even if you are a group you can combine both types of rowing. It is about having different alternatives when it comes to spending your leisure time relating to water sports with all the grandeur of the northern coasts of the peninsula.
Some of the routes take you through emblematic areas of Bilbao, from the Guggenheim Museum to the Euskalduna Palace or the Iberdrola Tower.
They usually last 2 hours, although it can vary according to the needs of each user.
At the end of it you will receive a photographic report so that you can remember every moment of the adventure.

Learn the new type of surfing, Stand Up Paddle (SUP) in our ENJOY SUP SCHOOL school, located in the spectacular surroundings of Cantabria.
This initiative was born after the union of professionals from various fields: paddle surfing, surfing and bodyboarding, with the main objective of having fun, enjoying and having a great time. All this in the best environment of nature and sea.
The main activity of our school is Paddle Surf, a discipline aimed at all those who want to have fun and improve physical condition. The main objective is that our students can practice this sport with total independence, always respecting their companions and thus getting to know the environment.

We have easy-to-use individual, double and triple canoes and sea kayaks so you can come alone or with your friends, as a family or group. We have approved seasonal material and seats seeking the comfort of your back so you can fully enjoy the experience.
The time spent using the kayak is variable because we want you to have an option that fits exactly what you are looking for and is even better than you expect. With an hour of rowing you will have time to get the first sensations of the Cantabrian Sea.
We will sail along Trengandín beach, with its clear and clean waters recognized with the "Q" for Quality, bordering the coast and discovering the different virgin coves in the area and the flora and fauna that surrounds us.

Resumen Surf
In our center you can choose between traditional surfing and bodyboarding, even combining both disciplines in different classes.
Each class lasts 2 hours, the courses depend on the number of hours you choose.
No matter how old you are, our instructors are used to dealing with all types of audiences, from children to people over 65 years old. The programs we direct to the youngest are designed for ages between 6 and 17 years old. From there we enter the lessons for adults starting from a simple base if that is what you need. We assure you that you will be able to stand up on the board in no time with a group adapted to your characteristics so that you feel comfortable.

Many people wonder every year what is hidden under the sea and we take care to show them the best way we know how: with our diving and snorkeling activities.
We are located in an ideal environment, since Trengandín Beach is, without a doubt, one of the best in the Cantabrian Sea, recognized with a blue flag of quality. Therefore, its calm, shallow, rock-free and transparent waters provide all the factors you need to be able to practice this activity.
Discover marine fauna thanks to our instructors, who will be in charge of not only giving you the techniques you need to carry out this activity, but also who will transmit their knowledge about the sea and the species that live there.
We will provide you with all the necessary material to be able to dive, as well as the relevant insurance. To be able to practice this activity with us you simply have to know how to swim and come with a swimsuit and towel, because we will take care of the rest. Our activities are the perfect complement to promote the development of motor skills and thanks to the fact that we do all of them in groups, they will be able to learn to relate and teamwork, integration and socialization will be encouraged.
Sports should be one of the fundamental bases in the education of any child. We will be able to awaken in them feelings such as team spirit, the desire to improve, tolerance, etc.
We carry out different activities in our camps, all of them focused on water, since we are located on one of the best beaches on the Cantabrian coast for practicing this type of sports. That is why surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkeling or bodyboarding will be present among our programs.
We will also make excursions through the mountains and also along the coast, we will tour the Joyel and Victoria marshes, we will contemplate the landscapes that house the Noja reserves...

We have a team of qualified instructors thanks to whom you will be able to discover the best landscapes and who will be in charge of providing you with the basic notions so that you can practice this activity without problem. We will also give you all the material you need to be able to carry it out, you will only have to know how to swim and come with a swimsuit and spare clothes.
The activity is suitable for people of all ages and we have routes of different durations, starting at one hour. We have different routes through different places so you can choose the ones that best suit your tastes or needs.
A canoe ride will allow you to disconnect from your daily life and will allow you to have fun with your partner, family or friends, as we can do water games, races... Don't miss it!
The boats are made of fiberglass or carbon and can be used by one or two people. In addition, we can offer you canoe rental if you prefer to do the activity on your own.
