Kayaks are very simple boats, for one or two people, ideal if you don't want to complicate things by learning a difficult technique, and if you are not going to go too far from the coast. In short, for a pleasant walk along the coast, there is no better option.

Our staff will give you the appropriate instructions so that in the blink of an eye you will acquire the necessary notions to be able to handle the kayak without problem.

Are you looking for a good place where you can learn to sail? You can stop searching, because at Club Nàutic Salou Vela you will find a whole team of professionals with years and years of experience in sailing, who will teach you how to handle a sailing boat without the slightest difficulty.

Our sailing school is affiliated with the Catalan Sailing Federation, and all our instructors are certified in said Federation.

You can sign up for one of our courses (always taught according to the regulations of the Catalan Sailing School), and perhaps become part of our regatta team.

At Club Náutic Salou we have incorporated paddle surf equipment into our physical exercise routines. For this reason, we organize SUP excursions along the Costa Dorada as part of the lessons with an instructor at our Fitness center.

You too can take advantage of the benefits of this modality by coming with us:

- The stand up paddle trips around the Mediterranean that we do take place on Fridays of the summer season, in principle all of them if the weather does not prevent it. We will gather before collecting the board, paddle and life jacket around 9 a.m. From there we will walk to the sand to start sailing.

- We will be in the water for around 90 minutes but we will stop halfway along the route to breathe in the peace that the sea transmits to us while we are on the boards. If there are no waves we will have no problems being calmly in them and changing our posture, lying down, kneeling or standing as we wish.

If you participate in these sessions you will be gaining resistance in general and you will get your mind to completely disconnect. Remember to bring a hat, water and have put on sun cream beforehand, but don't carry the camera because we'll take care of that.
