Marina DivingTarragona is a company dedicated to water sports located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Brava, in Tarragona.
Our goal is to introduce water sports to a wide audience, ranging from professionals to families who just want to enjoy some time together.
Our star activities are 2: diving and paddle surfing.
In diving we have specialized in initiation courses and baptisms. Our instructors will introduce you to the equipment and give you brief instructions on how to use it. They will teach you how to breathe, how to put on and take off the material in compliance with safety regulations, and how to stay calm in stressful situations. These courses take place in swimming pools or on shallow beaches for greater user safety and comfort.

Paddle surfing is a sport that is currently booming and we want you to discover why. We will take you to a beautiful cove where our instructor will give you brief instructions so that you know how to control the board and the paddle. Then, once you're in the water, you'll take the reins. You can take 2 possible routes, choose the one you like the most and enjoy paddle surfing.

At Marina Diving Tarragona we offer you the possibility of doing the trendy water sport: Paddle Surf.
Test your balance, your strength and your ability to concentrate, it is a fight between your body and the water. We will take you to a beautiful cove, one of the many that exist on the Costa Dorada, so that the setting is simply perfect. Once in the water, the development of the activity is at your own expense. Of course, you will always be monitored by our team of monitors in case any setback arises.
You can choose between 2 routes: one goes east, the other goes west. If you are skilled you can even reach a cave that in ancient times was a refuge for pirates.
We will provide you with all the necessary material to carry out the activity: board and paddle. You only have to bring 2 things: your swimsuit and a desire to have a good time.
The only drawback that exists is the possible addiction to this sport, but it is not a major evil.

From Marina Diving we encourage you to try one of the most wonderful water sports, we talk about diving.
We offer initiation diving courses.
