If you want to practice this more natural and adventurous form of free diving, at Amancay Freediving you have courses in which we teach you the techniques to do it well, with a methodology in which You will know what you are doing and how to move forward. You will notice how you progress adequately.
In addition to the professional freediving classes, we have excursions for those people who already have previous experience and want to practice it in cenotes, coral reefs in the open sea or the Marine Park. from Cozumel among many others.
For those who want to enjoy the sea and go on a snorkeling excursion, we offer the possibility of joining us on the diving trips we organize. One of our clients' top favorite snorkeling excursions is theswimming with whale sharks excursion.
Feel the freedom to move in the sea however you want and as deep as you want, become part of it.
Summary Scuba Diving
Based in the Riviera Maya, we are an official SSI Freediving school where you will learn to dive lung. This is achieved through a responsible training program, it is not done overnight.
As in diving, there are a series of courses by levels that are:
-Discover free diving: It is the most basic course. Which all beginners have to go through. This is a trial class, to decide if freediving is a way you want to get certified and train.
- Level 1: This is the most complete introductory course, in which you begin to acquire the skills of diving without a tank, with pure lungs.
- Level 2: This is a special improvement course and more specific to apnea.
-Level 3:Depth diving. This is a special program to prepare you to dive to 40 meters. This is a course for advanced users, in which we are going to teach you how to use specific material. The idea is that you learn to practice freediving responsibly and do it safely.

Summary Scuba Diving
We also organize excursions to encounter marine animals such as swims with whale sharks and sailfish. These are very specific expeditions, some of them seasonal but at the same time very exciting because you will be very close to impressive animals in their natural habitat, the ocean.
For those who do not dare to practice freediving, we explain how to use the snorkeling equipment. With the tube and the scope you will feel very comfortable. Once you are swimming, our guides will take you in a group to see the marine gardens, as well as in the cenotes, they will show you the access routes and they will show you the vaults of these caves.
