Freediving Certification Level 1 Apnea Riviera Maya
General information
The course lasts 3 days. The first 2 days are 2 sessions of theoretical classes of 2 hours each. The second day we do a 1:30 hour dive. On the third day a second practical dive of 90 minutes.

This certification course is for all those who want to learn freediving, regardless of whether they have previous experience. If you want to do Freediving and obtain your certificate at the most basic level, this course is the most suitable.
This course is a great introduction to the world of freediving, the purest form of diving. You will acquire skills and knowledge to participate in freediving excursions and expeditions in the most relaxed and safe way possible.
You will train your body and mind to take the deepest breath you have ever taken.
The course, like all certifications, consists of 2 parts, one theoretical and the other practical. We will send you the theory part by email since it ise-learning. We do the practical part in the water, taking you to differentcenotes where we are going to try to do 2 dives at different depths.
At the end of the course, we give you yourLevel I certification in Freediving.
• Requirements: Be at least 18 years old (12 years old with parental consent) and know how to swim.
