10 things to do in Jaén

The land of the olives offers a land worth to be visited and admired. This makes that any of the surroundings you want to visit in the Jaén region are full of beauty and adventure. 1. Canyoning in Guadalentín



To go canyoning in one of the most known rivers of Jaén, and is a luxury near you. You just only need to have some experience and enjoy this water ravine, with giant rocky walls, waterfalls and natural slides that will make to pass an incredible and exciting day.

2. Jump from La Bolera’s Bridge



We know that bungee jumping is something that you want to do, but don’t dare to. We guarantee you that the jump from this bridge, that passes over the La Bolera River, will produce you a sensation that is felt only for a few times. To stay hanging, moving like a pendulum will make you recover a little bit the pulsations at the same time an absolute feeling of excitation embraces you.

3. Rafting Suitable for Kids in the Sierra of Cazorla



Each time, it has become more common to travel with kids to pay all your attention to them. An idea they will love is to spend several hours rafting in the Guadalquivir River in the Sierra of Cazorla. 6. Kayak Through La Hiruela White Waters



Throughout 9 kilometers, you will enjoy the bravest face of the Guadalquivir River. You will navigate through this trail, known as “el charco del aceite” (“the oil puddle”), with one-seater and sit-on kayaks that guarantee stability and facilitates the paddling movement since you will be enjoying how the activity is, the surroundings, excitement, and adrenaline.

7. Horseback Route Through the Guadalentín River



Without the need to have ridden a horse before, we propose you a fantastic route from Hinojares, riding through the shore of the Gudalantín and Turrilla Rivers. 8. Travel Cazorla with a Segway



Recently, the Segways have become in an obligatory vehicle for a day of tourism. You can choose from different routes to arrive faster to places, whilst laughing and having a great time throughout this city. The Yedra castle, the Iruela castle and even to ascend the peak of the Sierra and observe, from its viewpoint, the impressive vultures.

9. Speleology in La Puerta del Segura
