Supaddict - Catalan paddle surf school gives you different locations so that no one can offer you better options. We have schools in:

- Barcelona; Vilassar de Mar (banys-palomares), Premia de Mar- (Premia Ones)
- Girona; Lloret de mar - Tossa de Mar

Our schools have new equipment every season from the best brands, as well asSeguros R.C. and accidents(to be safe, ask for it where you hire paddle surfing) we do not recommend doing it in ghost schools. If they don't meet the requirements, don't have an adventure you want to regret.

Our introductory courses last an hour and a half with an experienced instructor in surfing and paddle surfing with all the necessary equipment for the activity and an affordable price.

We are the only school in Spain with big sup, paddle surf boards for 10 people each board, an unforgettable team building session or with friends reaching a point and taking a direction to achieve it and coordination between the paddlers to reach the destination, super fun activity and that unites groups.

UCS-UNIO CATALANA DE SUP-SURF

Supaddict has made a reality, together with 5 other clubs, the formation of the UCS, Uniò Catalana de sup-surf, an entity with the competition of SUP AND SURF in Catalonia, we are adhered to this regulatory body and belongs to the General Consell de l'esport of the Generalitat of Catalonia, where no other organization has jurisdiction in training people for Sup courses. With all this you have enough support to decide for us.

The schools have supported sport and the athlete since its inception and we invite you to participate in the Catalan circuit events, joining each of our clubs and of course, the Ucs. from the Base to the competitions. It should be said that at the moment they are amateurs, but some are setting new standards.....

We teach you the fundamentals so that you can paddle perfectly and progress, until you can surf if you wish.

Paddle surfing is the trendy sport around the world and it fuses fun with sport, who gives more? It also tones and you will move your entire body. It is for all ages and physical conditions.

Through ourbeginner and expert courses, at Sup Addict we teach you to know the sea and the meteorology, to select the most appropriate material and, of course, the necessary techniques so that you become a true professional of the Sup Addict strong>paddle surf.

With stand up paddle surf you can explore caves in quiet coves, and we organize excursions with which you will discover the coasts of the Mediterranean in a different way and other places where there is water and you can float with a paddle board surfing.

At Sup Addict we also offer you the practice of yoga on the paddle surf board, as well as Pilates. We organize Pilates and Yoga days.
