Get up Stand up

Get up Stand up takes you to practice stand up paddleboarding on the Cornish Coast!

Paddle in hand, standing on a board, you will discover the pleasures of this aquatic activity in the heart of Finistère.
The center will offer you:

• stand up paddle lessons individually or in groups
• Free rentals of equipment to navigate as you wish by the hour, half-day or full day
• Excursions at sea, on the Odet or even on the Letty for those in the know

Paddle surfing services are open to everyone, whether at sea or in the river. You will enjoy a refreshing and fun activity, as well as the landscapes of the Fouesnantaise coast or the banks of the Odet, supervised by qualified, dynamic and passionate instructors!

They will provide you with several board models, and will advise you on the most suitable one for the type of service and the size of the participants.
