• Intensive course: During school holidays, you can do an internship with 2.5 hours of lessons per day for a week. Enough to progress quickly! However, this course requires the basics of surfing.

How does the paddle surfing activity take place?

The instructors give you a little introductory training, then you head off to sites only accessible by stand up paddle, such as the Pont L'Abbé river, the Bigoudenes points...

Their paddle surfing activity is open to anyone over 14 years old. You sail in silence and with respect for the environment, while practicing a relaxing physical activity.

You will discover the local fauna and flora in 2 or 3 hour outings depending on your desires.
