If there is a suitable place to start the descent of the Sella, it is the Asturian town of Arriondas from where we have prepared your aquatic adventure at Zenit Experiences.

You can choose the time of departure since they are available every quarter of an hour from 11 a.m. in the morning. Keep in mind that we end with the beginning of the routes at 1:00 p.m. so that you have time to finish the descent since the law requires that after 6:00 p.m. there is no one left navigating in the channel.

The tour is organized as follows:

- If you want to tackle it in its entirety, it is 16 kilometers that will take us around half a day. There is a stop halfway along the route for those who prefer to finish the activity. In that case you will return to our facilities in the company vehicles that will also be waiting for you if you reach the finish line.

Whatever the time of your return, you have the showers and changing rooms in our center.

- You decide between two-seater canoes, one for those who need to complete a group and three for those who go with a child in the middle of the canoe who is not over 12 years old.

Come with Zenit Experiences to participate in one of the most representative activities in Asturias with the descent of the Sella by kayak. We will cover around 16 kilometers that are completed in an average time of 4 hours.

We make the itinerary more comfortable with a stop 2 hours after starting, when we will take the kayaks approximately 8 kilometers. Although we will always recommend that you try to reach the end of the route, where our transportation is waiting for you to get to the starting point, you can request a return trip during one of the two breaks we take.

If you return to our facilities, you can take the opportunity to refresh yourself in the showers, use the changing rooms and spend the rest of the day on one of the river beaches in the area.

Regarding the selection of the kayak there are two-seater and individual kayaks to complete groups that are not pairs. We also have some three-seaters in which two adults and a child under 12 years of age can travel at the same time.

The departure will be in the morning from Arriondas and can be requested between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. after noon. This way you will have time to make this descent since by regulation sailing stops at 6 p.m.

With Zenit Experiences don't stay on the surface of the Picos de Europa and go with us inside with our caving routes. These mountains are made up of limestone rock that, with water erosion, has given rise to all types of underground formations that we now have the opportunity to discover.

To facilitate booking the experience we have fixed departures at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays although you can ask us if you have other preferences. We will depart for this from the facilities we have in Arriondas where we prepare ourselves with the equipment we will need to move inside the cave. We will take you to the entrance and return to the center when we have finished where you can use showers and changing rooms.

In this guided activity we will spend around 2 hours to find out more about the Huelga or Pando cavities. We have chosen them because they are the closest to our location since the first of them is in Cangas and the second in Ribadesella.

Due to the minimal complexity of this expedition, it is possible to participate in it from the age of 10. You must keep in mind that we will go from larger rooms to cat flaps through which we will even crawl, but if you want something even simpler we can prepare it for you.

With Zenit Experiences you can follow the Cares Route in one of the most popular itineraries that can be completed within the National Park that includes the Picos de Europa.

In total there are 12 kilometers of journey in which the town of Caín belonging to León is taken as the exit. We finish the adventure in Asturias near Poncebos. We will follow the path that the banks of the Cares show us for an average of 4 hours. Its slope is accessible to almost everyone.

While doing this excursion we will learn about the origins of the area, first excavated for hydraulic purposes and a shepherd's path in the first twenty of the 20th century. Its current configuration comes from the improvements to reach Cabrales due to the communication needs of the merchants.< /p>

We leave early in the day, meeting in Arriondas to get into the cars in which we will go to Caín. We will return to the starting point around 6 p.m. in the afternoon. In order for the National Park not to suffer alterations, we must collect the waste we produce and stay away from the vegetation.
