At Verd Mar Activitats we believe that why practice a single activity, when we can practice several and combine them all into one. We invite you to the adventure of Coasteering, a variant of trekking that brings together hiking, canyoning, climbing and even snorkeling.

Very complete and fun, no matter how complicated it may seem, it is made and designed for all people older over 8 years old. You can imagine what level of difficulty it will have, right?

What is the route like with so much activity? Well then:

• Firstly, a hiking route through the coves of the Catalan coast and the lower part of the giant cliffs.

• Jumps are practiced with a height of up to 14 meters.

• The entire route is suitable for all people and can be followed without having to jump high because there are always alternatives.

• And hidden caves on the Costa Brava are discovered and explored.

All equipped with the best material; neoprene suit, protective helmet, life jacket to float in the sea, mask and tube for snorkeling, ropes, harness... And always guided by a professional instructor with an official qualification, who will ensure your safety and that of the rest of the team. group.

We also want to offer you a snack to gain strength, photo report to immortalize the adventure and all the RC and accident insurance.

At Verd Mar we are proud to be located on the Costa Brava. We want to share this landscape with you and make you fall in love with it as we do. A via ferrata by the sea is a very complete activity on a physical level, and without a doubt, unique on a sensory and landscape level.

This characteristic makes our via ferrata, known as via Cala del Molino, unique not only in the peninsula, but in Europe.

The views of the turquoise water of the Mediterranean Sea make the adventure even more exciting. A tour through the rocks, crossing both horizontal and vertical areas, within the reach of experts and beginners, adults or children.

The route consists of 2 sections, one of low level of difficulty and another of medium level. Each client chooses how far to complete the activity, being able to finish it in the first section and return to the starting point.

There are also 2 options to carry out the route. You decide between:

• Be accompanied by a professional specialist who will guide the activity and give a small preparation class. In addition to having all the necessary material for the development, snack and photographic report.

• Make the route on your own, having the material to rent and the necessary insurance in case of an accident or unforeseen event.

All the material used is fully approved by the European Community.

Located in a place that is worth knowing and visiting, Verde Mar Activitats offers you to rent our bicycles if you are a nature lover or simply want to disconnect, have a good time alone, with friends, family or with your partner.< /p>

• We are waiting for you in Sant Feliu de Guíxols and S'Agaró. There you can choose the duration of the rental, from 4 to 24 hours. Suitable for all ages, since we have bikes of different sizes so that everyone can experience a pleasant route.

• Our pedal-powered means of transportation is equipped with the best components, which ensure comfort and agility. But above all, safety on any type of terrain.

We have created different routes, each one adapted to a different level of difficulty, that will allow you to enter the heart of the Costa Brava and explore its paths, forests and roads in a green and quiet environment.

• Easy route: La font picant. With a length of 9 kilometers you will discover a source of spicy water, due to its high amount of iron.

• Middle route: The railet. 40 kilometers over sandy terrain to get to know the region of Baix Empordá and Gironés.

• Difficult route: Dolmen cova d'en daina. Another 40 kilometers, this time with steep slopes, to discover the charm of the Mediterranean forest, barges and prehistoric monuments.

To facilitate the activity, we offer complementary services such as: automatic pedals, helmet to protect yourself, odometer, luggage rack and seat to transport babies.

You are facing the only outdoor escape room in Sant Feliu de Guixols. At Verd Mar Activitats we want to convey our love for nature and adventure, and to do so we have organized two types of escapism activities in the Sagaró Bay.

• The treasure hunt: in this option you must find the treasure that is hidden among the rocks or waters of the Costa Brava. To find him it will be necessary to swim, walk, dive and everything you can think of to speed up the search.

• Secrets of Tramontana: in this case you must become the best detective to solve the proposed case, through clues and a lot of attention, as well as ingenuity. Includes transportation by kayak to the point where the mystery will be solved.

Participants will demonstrate and work on their orientation, communication and organization skills, through teamwork and cooperation, in addition to showing off their physical abilities in full contact with land and sea.

It is an activity recommended for people over 9 years old. These will be guided by a tutor who will act as the person in charge of the group, made up of a minimum of 2 people.

All activities guarantee safety, as they are not routes with a high level of difficulty.
