We offer you the possibility of taking all the existing diving courses, from a more basic training to a much more advanced one where you will become an expert diver, and even a professional in this aquatic sector.

Among our specialties we recommend the baptism of diving with turtles, where you can contemplate these great living beings that roam the ocean. This is an initiation activity where you can dive for the first time to a maximum depth of 10 meters and where you will be accompanied throughout the dive by fully qualified personnel with many years of experience.

Before starting you will spend 30 minutes listening to an explanation about the basic principles of scuba diving and then you will be able to submerge for up to 1 hour, although it will depend on your respiratory and physical capabilities.

Another possibility would be the Open Water Diver course, which consists of three-session theoretical teaching with a final test and 5 practical sessions, two of them in the pool and three in the sea. In this way you will be able to obtain the title that allows you to dive in all places in the world where this exercise is allowed. The duration varies depending on the participant, but ranges between 1 or 2 weeks.

In both courses we offer you all the necessary material to carry out the activity, including the oxygen bottle, vest, regulator, wetsuit and fins.

Don't forget that it is essential to know how to swim or function in the water and to be in good physical and mental shape. This is the perfect opportunity for an aquatic adventure.

At Teno Activo we offer you the possibility of kayaking and practicing this sport in a wonderful environment on the coast of the island of Tenerife: in Los Gigantes.

We have several routes suitable for all ages and levels because if there is one thing we like at Teno Activo, it is that everyone can kayak.

We carry out two-hour trips with the help of our guides so that you can enjoy the impressive vertical rock walls of up to 600 meters of altitude of the cliffs of Los Gigantes while you paddle along the crystalline waters. The best thing about being accompanied at all times by our instructors is that they will guide you through the best corners and give you curious facts about this impressive area of Tenerife.

Our goal is for you to enjoy the natural charms of the Tenerife island, and for you to do so in the most complete way we carry out snorkeling along with the kayak activity.
