A route that we propose is the Oja Greenway, it is so simple that it is rather a walk in which you can enjoy calmly with whoever you want. Although if you want a slightly more complex route, we suggest coming to the Camino de la Herradura that runs through the towns and villages around Ezcaray.

You can rent the bike on your own and choose any of the routes we have proposed. Before departure we will recommend the points you should pass through for a global view of the environment. You can also look for a different path or explore Ezcaray and its streets.

The bikes adapt to different sizes. There are some for young people and others for adults, so that everyone can have a vehicle to suit them and feel comfortable during the tour. The same thing happens with the helmet, but don't worry because we have all sizes to protect you.

At Silvestres we have found the best routes to enjoy the forest accompanied by one of our guides. There are infinite options to get to know the Sierra de la Demanda area and we can take you through any of them, although we want to tell you which are the most special and beautiful of all the ones we have.

• Artaso Forest: it is a route that lasts 4 hours and that you will love as it passes through the fantastic Artaso ravine. It will be approximately 9.5 kilometers and it is not very difficult so you can do it with anyone.
  
• Cilbarna Valley: we will raise the level a little more on this route where you will find slightly more complicated slopes. We will visit this valley that is located in the vicinity of the Oja River and then we will go to El Águila hill to discover unforgettable corners.
  
• Paseo de los Siete Puentes: It is an exceptional and very interesting route for those who want to learn new things. It is somewhat complex (although not too much) and will be a total of 10.5 kilometers that will take you approximately 4 or 5 hours to travel.

These excursions are only a sample of all the paths you can find, but we can find any you ask us for.

In the La Demanda mountain range there is an incredible variety of tracks and paths to explore. At Silvestres we encourage you to get into a 4x4 and cross the area that surrounds us.

On top of the SUV you can enjoy fauna that moves in total freedom so you will feel almost like you are on a safari. If you bring your camera we will try to find the best points so that you can immortalize the best places that exist in the Alto Oja. We will stop at key points so you can focus on your favorite places.

There are countless routes in this area although we have a few already established. One of the shortest is the one to the Aldeas de Ezcaray, but if you want to go up the mountain we will organize a tour for you throughLa Demandaor passing through the Yuso and Suso mountains.

For those who like to do some tourism, we will offer a tour of the Monasteries that exist in the surrounding area, such as San Millán de la Cogolla.

During the winter season, the Sierra de La Demanda does not offer sensational panoramic views.
