Rocalia Snowshoes has more than 10 years of experience in leading groups through the main mountain ranges in the world.

The snowshoes have mobile fixings that allow you to move freely on the white carpet. Its use is simple, you just have to walk with your feet a little further apart than normal and use poles to help us move forward.

The arrival of the first snow fills skiers, mountaineers, mountaineers, etc. with enthusiasm. The landscapes become especially beautiful, the photos we take reach a special meaning. Winter is magical and there are many ways to enjoy it.

Introduction course to rock climbing on equipped routes (sport climbing):
Requirements: no previous experience or membership is necessary. Ages: from 6 to 65 years.
Objective: Learning the basic progression and safety technique, which allows climbing, belaying and descending autonomously and first on the rope, easy routes in climbing walls and rock walls

• Hours: Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and 1 Sunday on the rocks from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (check each month)
• Start: every month
• Location: Climbing wall of the Santiago Sports Center - Actur (next to S. Valero), c/Augusto Bebel s/n.

The necessary personal equipment consists of: Sports and comfortable clothing: elastic pants or sufficiently wide in the waist/or tights, allowing full mobility and opening of the legs, T-shirt and very thin socks.

• Simple rope Ø 10mm, length 50/60/70m
• HMS screw and automatic carabiners
• Belay and descender elements (Grigri, Sum, Cinch, Zap-o-mat, etc.)
• Carabiners and quickdraws, lines, flat tapes and other elements.

Vías Ferratas Rocalia Ascension: experience the pleasure of climbing with the comfort of mountain shoes. Step prior to rope climbing on similar terrain, but with more supports and rests than in pure climbing. Let yourself be seduced by the height and the excitement of overcoming it when you reach the summit.

What is a via ferrata? It is a mix between a climbing route and a vertical path equipped to facilitate its progression. Depending on the number and type of anchors, proximity between them and orography of the terrain, they can range from simple stairs to the sky to highly complex sections. The equipment of the itinerary has steps for feet and hands, holds, grips and a steel cable throughout the route, which guarantee your safety.

Intended for: perfect activity to practice as a family, with children, in a group or for companies, as an alternative for leisure and free time, without previous experience.

Equipment: Rocalia includes in the price of the activity: harness, helmet, ferrata heatsink and approved safety devices.

Where? Via ferratas of Aragon (Huesca: Mallos de Riglos, Peña Rueba and Palomo in Guara and Teruel: Cuevas de Cañart and Huesa del Común, in the regions of Maestrazago and Cuencas Mineras respectively) Other ferratas in Benasque, Vall d'Aran and Lérida: consult minimum group

Duration: approximately 2 hours to 4 hours, not including travel (usually another 2 additional hours in total, round trip)
