Company Overview
Pedalis is made up of a network of 8 establishments distributed throughout the Canary Islands that aim to provide you with everything you may need as a cyclist or cycle tourist. In Tenerife we are located in San Isidro de Abona from where we have access to areas as important as the Teide Park that will enrich your pedal visit.
- If you come with your bicycle: join us for both mountain bike and road routes. They are characterized by levels between medium and high in terms of difficulty. It is worth the effort because it is due to the difference in altitude between the lower part of the island and the upper part, starting from the Teide cable car where it exceeds 2,300 meters.
The outings are for participants of a minimum age of 16 as long as groups of 3 people or more are formed and we will vary them throughout the week.
- If you have not brought your bike: whether to use it independently or to join an organized expedition, rent one of the models that you will find in the store. They are for road, special for mountain bike outings, even electric for a walk in case you want to take it easier and stay for a walk around the city.

At Pedalis we like to sustainably take advantage of every resource that the island of Tenerife offers us through cycling. Thanks to a climate that remains in stable conditions throughout the year, we can organize routes for which the only requirement is to be at least 16 years old.
You don't even need to come with your bike because you have them available for rent at our establishment. We prepare expeditions both by road and by paths from which we reach important elevations exceeding 2000 meters.
In groups of 3 people we set out for routes of different levels of difficulty that vary depending on the day of the week. Some of them are these:
- La Esperanza: a walk of medium complexity over 30 km with an approximate gradient of 750 meters through the interior of pine forests and the Teide Park.
- Teide Vilaflor: a road route in which 90 km are completed, so it also presents a medium level of demand. It presents us with a great climb that we will do progressively until we reach 2300 meters where the Teide cable car is located.
- Anaga on E-bike: we will enter a forest in vegetation that will completely surround us on a 30 km outing that will introduce us to the most peculiar natural space on the island.

At Pedalis you have the best bicycle for rent to explore the Tenerife landscapes. From our headquarters in San Isidro you can select any of the newest models among those that appear on the market each year. You can also visit establishments that we also have in Fuerteventura, La Palma, the island of Gran Canaria or Lanzarote.
We completely guide you in renting the bike that best suits you. Experienced cyclists come to us who know very well the characteristics they are looking for. However, we know that not all visitors have the same level of experience and knowledge, so we will explain the difference between our:
- Road bicycles: they are ideal if what you want is to pedal along the asphalt. They are light and allow you to reach a good average speed.
- BTTs: we will recommend them if you are going to take a route along trails or between the multiple forest areas on the island and the Teide Park. Its wheels are designed for uneven terrain.
- E-bike and city bicycles: learn about the features of bikes with an electric motor that assists pedaling or get a comfortable touring bike with a design that is as simple and elegant as it is useful.
