Therefore, this activity is suitable for all ages and groups, although it differs in:

- Canyoning level 1: In this case, it focuses fundamentally on descending canyons and overcoming the obstacles that the river may encounter along the way. You can also make the journey without ropes and through the water. The latter is suitable for families. To begin, you do not need to have previous experience, nor fear of heights and know how to function in the water if you choose the aquatic option. For this category we offer you the ravine in the Benasque valley and the Sierra de Guara.

- Canyoning level 2 and level 3 differs from level 1, due to the difficulty of the sections and the problems that arise during the itinerary. These last longer and a new ravine called Ordesa is added. They should have a little more experience in these.

To do the activity you need to wear comfortable and sports clothing, a swimsuit, sunscreen and a backpack to store all your belongings. We will give you all the material such as the neoprene suit, harness, ropes, helmet and all the complete canyoning equipment.

We will give you the choice of three different types of difficulties that contain several different routes. In all of them you will be accompanied by a mountain guide who will take you through the best areas, always protecting your safety.

- Category 1 is the least complex of all, since it is suitable for families with children. The proposed routes will be 400 meters of positive slope and 2 to 4 hours of walking, so it will last approximately 3 to 6 hours. No knowledge is necessary, this class is practically introductory.

- Category 2 is the most basic, for those people who want to experience more of that feeling of going through the mountain range and seeing everything that surrounds them, the fauna and flora, the abandoned towns, the cave paintings and much more. further. The gradient will now be 1000 and the travel time could reach up to 8 hours.

- Category 3 is the most appropriate for experts or connoisseurs of the world of hiking. The complication is much greater since you can climb up to 2600 meters and walk many more hours. Therefore, you must be in good physical shape to endure the entire walk.

We remind you that routes can be made to suit you. To begin with, you need to be well equipped with comfortable clothing and, above all, footwear to walk without problems, such as boots or sneakers, failing that, since in many cases lack of habit can cause damage to your feet.

We offer you two different levels, one for initiation and the other something more complicated and for people who have already experienced that feeling of power at any moment of falling into the void.

You will go to the Santo Cristo via ferrata in Olvena to begin vertical sections alternating with quite comfortable crossings, so this type of routes are especially suitable for families with children with a minimum age of 8 years. No prior knowledge is necessary.

For the advanced, there will be routes where vertical routes will be combined, passing through Tibetan bridges and even climbing stairs to reach the highest point. In this case we will go to the Benasque valley to enjoy the Sans via ferrata with a more complex difficulty and where you will have previously had to ascend. For children to go, the minimum age is 10 years old.

The equipment you should bring consists of sports shoes or hiking boots and comfortable clothing. Depending on the season, other equipment is required.
