Canoe Trips in Aviemore, Scotland

For many years canoeing has been a main focus of play for the G2 Outdoor Canoeing staff. If you have little or no experience and are looking to develop your skills further our courses will take you through a simple step-by-step programme to get you where you want to be.

From reading the lines on rapids, white water safety and rescue there are no limits to where you might end up. We can run BCU and SCA canoeing courses.

Kayaking in Aviemore, Scotland

From reading the lines on rapids, white water safety and rescue to cartwheels, bow stalls and waterfalls there are no limits to where you might end up. We run both BCU and SCA kayaking courses throughout the year.

Canyoning in Aviemore, Scotland

G2 Outdoor Canyoning is not for the faint hearted! You can expect to jump into pools, slide down natural water flumes and abseil through waterfalls. This is one of the best adrenaline activities in Scotland and is a popular hen & stag activity.

All you will need to bring is a spare pair of trainers and a towel and we will provide you with a wet suit, wet suit socks, splash suits and all other safety equipment. Our canyon trip usually starts at 10 a.m. and finishes about 3 p.m. We usually stop off on the way back for a late lunch at Wolftrax Mountain Bike Centre for hot chocolate and snacks.

Pack lunches or a barbeque can also be arranged for a small extra cost. Furthermore, large group discounts are available.

White Water rafting is one of the most popular outdoor activities in Scotland; from our base in Aviemore we can access exciting sections of the River Spey to sections of one of the best white water rivers in Britain, the mighty Findhorn. A hen & stag party favourite!

G2 Outdoor Rafting will usually start at 10 a.m. and finish about 4 p.m. If you want to start earlier or later we can run a bespoke trip to suit your needs, and when the weather is favourable we will stop for lunch on the way down the river. We can provide the food for a small extra cost or you are welcome to bring your own pack lunch.
