A full day of discovering the Ben Macdui Mountains sessions is an activity that you have to enjoy in small groups. Because of that, we provide an activity for 2 to 3 people with a minimum age of 5 years old. And yes, you are going to enjoy the second-highest hill system in the country.

After we have met at our installation in Newtonmore, we have provided the safety briefing and some details about the route that we're going to follow and, of course, after you have put the helmet on, it's time to leave! You have to be wearing boots and coats in order to protect yourself. As you know, Ben Macdui is more than 1,300 meters high, so in case of a particular medical condition that makes you breathe a difficult action, you should not take part in the session. Neither pregnant women are recommended to take part in.

Hiking at these mountains will let us see from above the stunning Cairngorms, a national park since 2003, and some of the most famous lochs in Scotland, like the Avon, where you can have a bath although its water remains cool even in Summertime.
