We present to you our skimotage course in which we teach you how to turn the canoe around once it has capsized.
The course begins with some orientation exercises on land and then we repeat them underwater.
Later we will try to make a support on the surface of the water with the paddle, and in the end we will perform this maneuver.
We provide you with all the necessary material to carry out the activity. The course lasts 2 hours and you will always be accompanied by a monitor.
