From Deja Huella, a company dedicated to leisure and adventure sports located in the town of Algodonales, in Cádiz, we suggest that you do one of our favorite activities and that every day gains more followers among our users: canyoning.

This sport consists of following the course of a river, avoiding the natural obstacles that we encounter, such as: deep caves, waterfalls, water slides, rappelling,... We guarantee that it will be an exciting and very fun adventure, so choose a ravine and let's do it!

We currently carry out this activity in several places:

• Green Throat: a perfect ravine to start with since, in addition to being simple, it is very complete. It will take us about 6 hours to complete. The best are the natural pools and the water spring that we will find.

• Arroyo Majales: located in the well-known Pueblo Pitufo de Málaga, that is, in Júzcar. It has descents, rappels of up to 10 meters and long water slides. Its difficulty is medium so it is recommended to have some experience.

• Buitreras Canyon: advanced level ravine where we will enjoy waterfalls up to 12 meters. It is declared a Natural Monument so we guarantee that it will leave its mark on you.

Don't forget to bring sports clothes, shoes and spare clothes. You will also need to have your own vehicle for transportation during the activity.

FromDeja Huella, a leisure and adventure company located in Algodonales, in Cádiz, we organize caving trips to one of the most impressive caves in the area: La Cueva from The Eccentrics.

It is a cavity that hides large natural stone formations such as stalagmites, stalactites, fistulas and eccentrics, hence its name.

The route consists of two parts: a dry route and a wet one. In fact, one of its most notable features is the small lake that is located in the passage through which we access a large room. The fact that the water is clear and crystalline adds to the beauty of this cave. You can't miss it!

To practice this activity it is not necessary to have previous experience since the difficulty of the route is low and, in addition, our team of instructors will give you a briefing before starting the activity so that you know what to expect.

We will provide you with all the necessary materials such as a helmet with a frontal, neoprene and collective material, but it is essential that you come equipped with sports clothing and shoes, a swimsuit and spare clothing. You will have to travel to the location of the activity in your own vehicle.

The total duration of the caving excursion is 3 hours, will you be able to complete the tour?

Deja Huella offers you one of the most complete sports that exists and, to get you started in it, it has a team of professionals who will not only introduce you to the world of via ferrata but also turn you into a true enthusiast. of this new sport modality.

Via ferratas are another way to reach the top of different mountains. Along the vertical and horizontal sections you will find different means to achieve this such as, for example, clips, zip lines, handrails, bridges,... any obstacle can become a more than recommended help.

There are different levels of difficulty, from beginner to expert, choose yours. Some of the via ferratas that we frequent the most are:

• Benaoján: a short but intense via ferrata due to its Tibetan bridge located 35 meters high. It will take us 3 hours to complete this medium difficulty itinerary.

• Tajo de Ronda: one of the most suitable ways to get started or go as a family. The reward is the wonderful views of Ronda.

• Igualeja: horizontal crossing that exceeds 30 meters of difference in level. Its level is medium so, if you feel capable, do not hesitate to do it.
