Bodegas Muga is a traditional company dedicated to the sale and manufacture of wine. In addition to their passion for this drink, they enjoy aerial activities such as balloon rides. So that you can spend a day like no other, they propose:
- Balloon ride: soar above the best vineyards of La Rioja on a very special tour. You will be able to enjoy a route from the top, discovering the secrets of wine in an incredible landscape such as the Haro area. The flight itself lasts 20 minutes although the activity lasts about half a day. You can come with your friends to complete a tourist day and enjoy a panoramic view of La Rioja.
- Wine tourism day: we will take you through our winery, discovering every corner. The tour will begin by crossing the vineyards to continue inside our winery where we have hundreds and hundreds of barrels stored that are used to preserve the wine. To finish, we will offer you a fantastic wine tasting in which the best teachers will give you a lesson on how to distinguish the nuances of this very special drink.
So that you have a different and exciting day, they suggest combining the two activities. It is recommended to take the flights early in the morning to see how the sun rises and how the first rays fall on the vineyards.

The world of wine is an exciting world full of nuances and flavors that often escape us. To help you enjoy wine in all its splendor, we have prepared an ideal wine tourism activity to come with your friends and enjoy a very special day.
We have prepared a full-day activity that includes:
- Visit to the vineyards: you will discover wine from the very basics, you will travel paths between vineyards enjoying the color of the grapes and learning how to pick them to make wine with them.
- Winery visit: we will take you to the place where the magic is made. You will visit the places where the wine is fermented and we will surprise you with the large barrels in which we preserve our wines.
- Wine tasting: we want you to discover flavors and smells that you never thought would exist and to learn to drink wine by savoring every last bit. We will teach you to distinguish the different nuances and, at the end of the day you will have become an expert winemaker who will share his knowledge with the rest of his friends .
This activity lasts all day, but if you want to complete it with an activity full of adventure, we suggest taking a balloon ride at dawn. You will enjoy the vineyards and the winery from a bird's eye view while you let yourself be carried by the wind.

After teaching you how to assemble and inflate the balloon, we will take off and fly for 20 minutes over an incredible area full of the best vineyards and landscapes. Once we have landed, we will take you to our wineries to enjoy a tour of our facilities.
