Our activity center is located in Bilbao and from there we organize all these activities:
- Canoeing and skimoteering courses and outings: A very nice trip along the Bilbao estuary learning to handle the canoe. Also skiing in the pool and nights out.
- Dinghy sailing courses: Along the Bilbao estuary and the Biscayan coast we put you at the helm of a fast sailboat and give you the main guidelines so that you feel like a true sailor.
- Climbing courses: You can start sport climbing or try classic climbing.
- Ski and snowboard trips: We take you to ski resorts in the Pyrenees and the Alps so you can enjoy amazing days in the snow.

Summary Canoe Kayak
The duration of the course is 2 days with 3 hours per day in which we include the kayak or canoe to navigate with a maximum of two people per boat.
You will learn to paddle through the waters of the estuary quickly, enjoying a trip that will give you a very particular view of Bilbao.
We also have pool skiing courses with which you will learn the essential techniques to master kayaking in complicated conditions simulating sea waves or river rapids.
We also do very special night outings along the Bilbao estuary and along the coast of Lekeitio.
Summary Sailing
Bilbobentura Vela organizes sailing courses in the Bilbao estuary. With a duration of 10 hours and in small groups. Classes begin next to the dock of the Bilbao Maritime Museum.
The classes we teach are divided into two groups:
- People over 16 years of age where outings on boats and learning courses on the handling and characteristics of the boats are carried out.
- From 8 to 16 years old where the little ones will enjoy this sport in a safe and fun way in boats specially designed for them.
These are introductory classes to dinghy sailing divided into 4 sessions lasting 2 and a half hours. You will learn to handle this type of boat autonomously.
We offer a quality service and we have all the security systems necessary for the proper development of the activity.
All our instructors are qualified and have extensive experience teaching sailing classes.

Summary Paddle Boarding
At Bilbobentura we want Paddle Surf to be the protagonist of your fun moments in Bilbao. Therefore, with us you can practice it in its estuary. Do you dare?
On a board, standing or if you prefer on your knees, maintain your balance and start enjoying the water by sliding. But don't worry, its size will make it easy for you. You will master it in no time!
We will teach you how to get on and move the paddle with a simple previous class. Then you will equip yourself with the vest and neoprene and you can start.
You can come any day from 10 in the morning and spend from one hour to three disconnecting from everything while Paddle Surfing. You will choose the path and also the time!
But in addition, we offer you guided routes of an hour and a half so that you can get to know the estuary in a different way, because from the water and with a monitor you will contemplate its surroundings exclusively, without losing any detail.
