If you want to live new experiences in contact with nature, with Aventuras Proema C. B. we give you the opportunity to do so accompanied by our specialized guides doing: Vías Ferratas.

You will be able to experience aerial sensations typical of mountaineers and climbers without needing great technical knowledge. You progress through iron steps (staples) anchored in the rock wall as a ladder. At the same time, it has a steel cable (lifeline) to which we will be anchored at all times. To carry out this activity we will have an anti-fall dissipator or zipper, which would cushion our fall if necessary. You can do this activity alone or in a group. Do you dare to try it?

The Vía Ferratas that we offer are the following:

• Via Ferrata del Tajo de Ronda: Located just below the Tajo at the end of the "Los Molinos del Tajo" trail. It is a route in which almost 70 meters of unevenness are overcome, of medium-low difficulty. At the beginning it has an overhang that will serve to test the participants. Afterwards we find some rest areas where we can take some incredible photos of the Tajo de Ronda.

• Benaoján Via Ferrata: This is the first via ferrata that was installed in the Serranía de Ronda, located near the famous Cueva del Gato. Despite not being a long-distance route, it is very demanding due to the strong overhang that we encounter at the beginning of it. It also has a Tibetan bridge that will have to be crossed to complete this route.

• Vía Ferrata de Atajate: It is a very fun via ferrata, which includes a monkey bridge and a Tibetan bridge, the latter with an overhang of 30 meters. Although the greatest difficulty is presented in its initial section with a small overhang. In the last section it presents a spectacular vertical length from where you have privileged views of the Genal Valley.

• Via Ferrata de Benalauría: It is one of the most spectacular in the Serranía de Ronda. Without being too complicated, it is very technical, since no less than two monkey bridges await us, from where we have incredible views of the canyon. A difference in height of 80 meters is overcome.

• Via Ferrata of Igualeja: Located in the municipality of Igualeja, of high difficulty. It is a very technical route due to the two overhangs it has, and because the difficulty of its layout forces us to do some acrobatic steps. This requires greater effort on the part of the arms than other via ferratas.

• Double Via Ferrata of Ronda: We give the option of powerperform the two via ferratas of the Tajo de Ronda in the same day. The Staircase of Death (Level A) and the Molinos del Tajo (Level B). Such achallenge.

The ravines that you can descend with us are:

• The Green Gorge. We can visit this ravine, located in Zahara de la Sierra, all year round except in winter. After passing through a path we will take the route in which we will find walls up to 100 meters high. The slides and rappels will be present throughout the tour, as well as incredible views.

• The Devil's Chasm. We will travel to Júzcar (Málaga) where we will find a river with a high flow rate throughout the year. During the itinerary we will find rappels up to 10 meters high. It will be spectacular!

• Guadalmina. This ravine has a low difficulty, so even children can practice it. There are pools of water into which you will jump and thanks to which you will discharge high doses of adrenaline given their height (8 to 10 meters).

• Jorox. Located in Jorox (Málaga), this ravine of low-medium difficulty that begins in the same town has easy access. It is ideal to start rappelling since it has several of them along the route. It ends at the Cola del Caballo, a 26-meter rappel with a large pool.

• Beaver River.This ravine is located in the area of Estepona (Málaga). It is of low difficulty, you do not have any rappelling, which means that its route can be done by people of all ages. The course of the river runs through several pools, slides, and swimming corridors, making this ravine a refreshing and fun activity.

• Brambles. Ravine located in Yunquera (Málaga) of medium-low difficulty. It has 3 rappels of more than 20 meters, not too technical, with water all year round. Ideal ravine for the uninitiated, very dynamic with many non-obligatory jumps.

• Sigh of the Moor. This ravine is located in Banaocaz (Cádiz) within the Valley of the Sigh of the Moro. It is normally dry except when there is recent rain. Technically it consists of 3 rappels of 6, 8 and the last one of 15meters, known as "Vuelo de Pajaruco". It is very safe and very fun.

• Captain's Throat. Ravine located in the heart of the Alcornocales Natural Park, in Algeciras (Cádiz) of low-medium difficulty. It is an impressive ravine with spectacular waterfalls that we must abseil. Fun is guaranteed.

Come with a swimsuit, towel and some slippers that you don't mind getting wet, we'll take care of the rest. Don't youyou will regret it!
