Welcome to East View Riding Centre, a horse riding school located at Haywards Heath!
Our farmhouse was built in 1959 by Edna and Peter Turner, and we are the 6th generation of Turners on the farm! We have been providing horse riding experiences since 1974, with family friends being the first customers when we only had a couple of horses! We had a very organic start and growth, and we are thrilled to have fifteen incredible horses living happily in our stables now!
All abilities are welcome! Whether you are a novice or an experienced rider, we have the perfect session for you as we have several paths and routes on the farm to provide different riding levels!
We also have the privilege of riding on the impressive Ashdown Forest, a former hunting forest, the famous setting of Winnie the Pooh, and a forest with important archaeological patrimony.
We are lucky to count on our friendly and experienced staff that will make your experience unforgettable! Kathy has been working with us for more than 30 years and knows the forest backwards and forwards, and Fionn has lived her whole life on the farm as she is one of Edna and Peter’s grandchildren!
