You can be a complete novice or intermediate rider. We will enjoy a 75-minute ride through the stunning Ashdown Forest, home of the well-known fictional character Winnie the Pooh. This forest not only provides us with incredible routes to ride but also with striking scenery!
Our experienced instructors will make sure you make the most out of the hacking experience! They know the forest inside out, so they can provide a lot of insight during the adventure! You must know how to trot, walk and canter with a balance before joining our advanced sessions. We require to fill out a form before having the hacking session to ensure it's suitable for you. Our weight limit requirement is 16 stones for each participants.
The minimum age to join the hacking session is 8 years old. We have lovely ponies availalable for your little ones. Horse hacking is a great experience for groups of friends, family or colleagues. Our advanced hacking is available only summertime.

Our hacking sessions in Ashdown Forest are something else. You can join us to explore the woodland on our treks and routes. Our hacking for experienced riders is available only in the summertime during the morning, afternoon and evenings, welcoming groups of up to ten participants.
A professional instructor will open the session with a quick warm-up before departing. We supply all safety equipment. Once you get the confidence, it will be time for hacking. Please note you must know how to walk, trot and canter to join us. We require you to fill out a form to ensure you can hack into the forest. Our weight limit requirement is 16 stones for each participant.
Please expect two hours of hacking time. You're more than welcome to join us with your family or friend, as we welcome children 8+ years old and upwards. Our horses are well-behaved and trained, ensuring you'll have a lovely outdoor day!

We welcome advanced riders to be part of our hacking adventures in Ashdown Forest. We have private farmland next to it with a stable of 15 horses. We love them very much! They are well-behaved and friendly. Our hacking for advanced is available only in summertime. The best time of the year!
You must know how to walk, canter and trot with a balance to join us. We require you to fill out a form to ensure you meet the requirements to join us in our hacking for experienced. The forest has multiple treks and routes that will catch your eye within seconds. You'll have three hours of pure fun!
