Cleveland Mountaineering Club

Cleveland Mountaineering Club is a club dedicated to climbing the crags of the North York Mountains.

This is a club for those who like the outdoors and have a passion for hiking, climbing, and outdoor activities in general. Our members are adventurous and like a challenge. We have over 25 crags in the region and routinely make improvements so that we can offer our members the best experience possible. Paths routinely undergo maintenance so that they are clear enough for our climbers.

All types of abilities are welcome. This is a fun experience perfect for those who want to try something new. The majority of our members are from the Teesside area, as it is close to the North York Moors National Park, but people from all over are encouraged to come.
