As well as the enriching views, the constantly flat water creates perfect conditions for windsurfing to be its best, so the environment feels safer. As a result of the conditions, the learning process is smoother, which is a massive aspect of this three-hour session for newcomers to learn and grow.
This calmer environment makes beginners feel more comfortable, especially under the supervision of our experienced instructors, who will guide them through the entire process.
Our taster sessions are designed to kickstart your windsurfing journey and provide you with a strong foundation of basic skills to help your progress in the future, but the sessions always start with a safety briefing to ensure the session runs as it should. We also provide all the necessary equipment, including a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, and surfboard and sail.
Before the major thrills and excitement on the water can commence, you will get to grips with the equipment and some techniques in a land-based simulator.
Once you have found some balance and gained new skills, you can put our expert teaching to the test for the final hour of the session. At this time, you will begin to feel free as your skills progress, and you glide through the air, and hopefully, you can sail and steer the board by the time the session ends.
