It's time for a mind and body workout here at Pentewan, Cornwall.

So how are you going to achieve this workout? Well, by practising the only sport that can accomplish this, stand-up paddleboarding. And we want to guide you through this fulfilling workout.

We are a group of watersport lovers that have hopped onto the trend of practising stand-up paddleboarding. By practising this sport, we have discovered all its benefits, from improving your balance to strengthening your core muscles.

So we've created a venue of activities regarding stand-up paddleboarding for everyone to enjoy these benefits. A two-hour hire session is the perfect way to get your SUP fix.

Your stand-up paddleboarding experience will take place in St Austell Bay, which is the perfect location to enjoy breathtaking views and practice SUP. Of course, we'll give you all the equipment, all you need to do is bring a swimsuit and a towel.

So come along and paddle with us through the waters off Pentewan Beach.
