We offer surf lessons and courses to young people from the age of 7.
How does it work?
- After a warm welcome and a presentation at Hendaye Beach. Our instructors will supervise your children and begin by describing the route to them.
- Their personal belongings will be collected by the teachers.
- They will then receive surfboards and other equipment.
- We then go to the beach for theoretical sand preparation.
- The instructor will review the basic principles of surfing as well as safety measures.
- Then the 2-hour lesson will begin, with 1.5 hours spent in the sea riding the waves!
Good to know:
- Showers and changing rooms are available, as well as private lockers.
- As we are near the Spanish border we have pleasant weather.
- Our surf equipment is new and high quality, and is adapted to each level and size of your children.
- After each use, we disinfect our equipment.
- Your students will receive educational passports as well as a school licenseat the end of the internship.

We provide you with a selection of equipment (boards and wetsuits) for the duration of the sessions depending on your level, the waves and your size. Whether you are young or old, novice or experienced, we encourage you to come and enjoy the pleasures of surfing in groups of up to 8 people on our beautiful beaches. Everyone is welcome.

- Participants prepare for the course at our Hendaye leisure center.
- Please allow 30 minutes for the briefing before each lesson and 30 minutes for the debriefing after each lesson.
- On the beach, the teacher will give you a theoretical session during which he will cover the basic methods of surfingsuch as how to ride a wave and maintain your balance.
- Finally, at the end of each session, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback.
