At Moulin de la Rive, one of the most suitable beaches for surfing in Finistère in Locquirecyou will have the opportunity to understand, learn and surprise yourself.
Procedure:
- You will arrive at the beach "Moulin de la Rive" where you will be welcomed by the instructorwith whom the session will take place.
- You will then be able to have your wetsuit and your board. You will be entitled to a briefing where we will explain the usefulness of the board and the good techniques to challenge the waves /strong> as well as things to consider for sliding on the water in complete safety.
- Warm-ups to prepare you for water activity.
- The instructor, who is also a former bodyboard champion, will accompany you to the water so you can start putting all the theory into practice.
- You will start to try to stand up and slide in the foam and then little by little you will meet the waves.
- After 1 hour 30 minutes in the sea, you will finish the activity with a debriefing.

Program of a surf session:
- Arrival at the Moulin de la Rive beach where the instructor with whom the session will take place will welcome you.
- You will then collect a wetsuit and a board. You will follow a briefing where you will be explained how the board works and the good techniques to face the waves as well as the factors to consider for sliding on water in complete safety.
- warm-up exercise to prepare you for entering the water.
- Your instructor will come join you on the water to apply all the theoretical part.
- You will start by standing and sliding in the foam, then little by little you will go in search of the waves.
