The young instructors from the center of Anglet in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques are giving you the benefit of a discovery courseof surfing! Eager to share with you their knowledge and their passion for Surfing, they will welcome you with friendliness to learn the fundamentals over a day.
They will teach you the basic practices and safety rules so that you get a first fun taste of surfing. As the waves are irregular and different, you will learn to observe them and anticipate their evolution to adopt the best surfing technique.
The theoretical part will then be followed by practical application! Put on a surf suitand collect a foam surfboard adapted to your size, it will be time for your one-hour lesson thirty in the water!
You will join a group of age and level similar to yours and the group will not exceed eight people so that the instructor gives you a course that is as personalized as possible. Your initiation will be progressive and you will start surfing lying down on the board before learning to stand up and keep balance on your board.
Discover an intense board sport, playful and fun, and take your first waves on the Coast Silver!
