If you are going to start surfing, the course that best suits your case is the initiation course, as it is the way to learn in a safe and fun way. You will have a small theoretical part of 10% and the rest, practice and more practice. You will know the different components of the materials and their parts, models and functions. We will teach you how to paddle, how to stand up, how to get in and out of a wall, but above all, you will have fun with us in the sea!
If what you are looking for is to increase your level, because you already have the base, then we recommend our improvement courses, with which you will have a theoretical part of 20% and the practice will be the remaining 80% . What you will learn will be to distinguish the varieties of waves, currents, boards and above all, new techniques. We will take these to the practical part and you will see how quickly you begin to evolve in this dynamic sport.
As a complement and proof of this evolution, we will follow you up with videos, so that you can see your progress yourself.
Our school offers the option of having a continuous apprenticeship, during the school period (September-June), since we are primarily aimed at the young public, to create a team of young surfers, athletes and with a passion for the sea.
You will have to know how to swim to be able to take the course.

If you are thinking of surfing and getting into this exciting water sport, don't hesitate and do it with this introductory course that we have prepared for you on the coast of Lugo.
This consists of a small part, based on the most theoretical concepts and another that is purely practical. We will teach you from the components of the materials, their parts, the different models and their functions.

These, once at sea and with the help of the instructor, you will put them into practice and perfect!
We will control you through video recordings, so that you can see for yourself the evolution from day zero to the last.
With this course, we aim to provide boys and girls with knowledge of surfing and instill in them a passion for this way of life. That is why we offer a calendar that goes from September to June.
In order to enjoy this sport, we ask that students know how to swim... we are waiting for you!
