The classes will be taught on Lóngara beach in the Lugo town of Barreiros. This has perfect characteristics for surfing since, in general, its strong waves and climate are very favorable for this sport. But we can also travel a few minutes away in search of the best wave. The other destination we frequent? The A Rapadoira beach in Foz.
Each day we will dedicate time to analyzing the atmospheric conditions that influence the waves as well as the breaks or other aspects that may be of interest for surfing. Warm-ups and movements in the sand will follow to become aware of what awaits us in the sea.
At all times one of our instructors will accompany you to work on techniques from the water, advise you on others and always perfect. Little by little you will notice an incredible improvement. Furthermore, as we record you during classes so that at the end of the practice we can identify each person's weaknesses, each day you will notice that improvement.
The groups are very small in order to better serve each person and create that atmosphere of "good vibes" that surfing requires. These days at our side will be enough for you to enjoy the waves and a board wherever you go.
