Maybe you have never practiced surfing or maybe after a while you need a little class to refresh your basic knowledge, but the truth is that the class we teach you in one of the best coastal areas for this sport is what you need in any case. We will be waiting for you at Iongara beach for a 2-hour session where the protagonists will be the waves and you.

This beach belonging to the Lugo town of Barreiros is perfect for surfing due to its strong waves so you are sure to push yourself to the limit on the surfboard. The best thing is that you don't have to worry about renting the material or equipment you will need because before starting the class we will give you everything you need.

Our team will explain everything you need to know about the environment, currents or other breakers that we must take into account for this sport. Before getting into the water, we will start with stretching and some movements that we will put into practice later, to get to grips with the entire environment.

The time for "the good thing" will come and we will go into the sea with the boards and ready to give it our all. The instructor will always be at your side to teach you paddling techniques and how to stay on the board in the most stable way. You will feel an indescribable sensation and you will soon understand why surfing hooks anyone.

We will be waiting for you in one of the best coastal areas of the province for surfing, Iongara beach, in the city of Barreiros. It usually presents optimal conditions for surfing because its continuous waves make us surfers enjoy here like children.

We will teach the classes for 3 days, practicing 2 hours each of them. We will take care of giving you all the equipment you need to give your all on each wave.

The first day will be partly dedicated to delving into the surroundings. In surfing, factors such as currents and the type of breaks must be taken into account, in addition to of course the safety that must be carried out in each session. Furthermore, in this first contact we will also give you the equipment that you will use these days.

When you have internalized the procedure to follow before getting into the water, each class will be a new adventure. At all times the teacher will be at your side correcting movements and advising you on others so that you will soon get that little push that will turn you into a true surfer.

It will be three days full of laughter, a good atmosphere and a lot of exercise that translates into the best surfing you can do in the Atlantic. And if those chosen days Barreiros does not give us the best waves, we will go to the beaches of Foz, less than 10 minutes away.
