If you want to go out to practice a sport as splendid as surfing, you have found the right class. You will learn on a beach characterized by its long waves; Characteristic that makes it an ideal zone to start!
In addition, if the conditions are not the best, we can try other beaches such as the beach of San Roman, of similar characteristics. To all of them you will go with a professional team monitors that will indicate the right way to place in the table, when to take the wave, etc.
Material? We take care of everything. During class you will have access to neoprene and table ; both of your measure. In the case of the table, if you have experienced experience you can choose an adequate at your level.

Take the most of a surfboard to our c surf that will be taught during 4 classes of 2 hours each. You will learn with experienced monitors and in one of the best beaches in Galicia, specifically in the Beach de Esteiro . Ride the waves just one step!
Specifically, this course has a total of 4 two -hour classes each. During your development we will teach you different skills whether you are a beginner and advanced. Of course, to be able to make an optimal class development, you better comment if you have already tried this sport before.
You will always be accompanied by a member of our team , who will be the teacher of each of the classes who will allow you to know and learn more about this world.
We will endow with all the necessary materials and the type of table depending on the technique we are working on. You just worry about coming with your swimsuit.

Surf initiation course in Viveiro 5 days

If you want to learn surf, we offer you this initiation course that we organize in Galicia since the waters of the Atlantic Ocean are perfect for practicing this exciting sport.
Surfing offers a lot of benefits, not only for your physical health but also for your mental health. It keeps you in contact with nature and helps you disconnect from your worries; at the same time you exercise the balance and muscles of practically the entire body. If you are thinking about learning to surf, these advantages it offers will help you decide!
The course will last about 5 days, with a total of 10 hours divided into 2 hours of class per day. They will be taught by a specialized teacher who will be in charge of teaching you, through dynamic and fun classes, the following contents:
- Warm-up exercises
- Safety in the water
- Standing on the board
- Catch waves controlling the board
The surf school is located in Viveiro, but we will go surfing mainly to the beaches of Esteiro (15 minutes from Viveiro) and San Román (5 minutes of Viveiro). We will bring all the necessary surf equipment, you only have to bring a swimsuit, towel and sunscreen.
