Hello and welcome to the Full-Day Bodyboarding Lesson in Newquay, Cornwall! You will learn bodyboarding throughout two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, each lasting about two to three hours.

This session will either be at Fistral Beach, Newquay Bay, or Watergate Bay. Basic instruction and orientation to surfing tides will be provided in the morning, followed by a lunch break and an advanced training session in the afternoon.

Bodyboarding gives adventure enthusiasts a thrilling and energizing experience while improving their body's coordination and muscle ability. We're confident you'll dig into this sport because it provides immediate results!

You will be given specific times when you schedule your activity, but it's advised to arrive at least 10 minutes early. Our qualified instructors will provide you with a safety briefing and all the essential equipment.

We also ask you to bring swimwear, water trainers, a towel, and warm clothing for changing afterward. Since this is a full-day session, please bring enough food and water for the entire day.
