2-hour snowshoe walk in Sierra Nevada

Come spend a day of winter sports at the Sierra Nevada National Park and learn to walk through the snow without sinking with our snowshoe routes 2 hours. You will learn an infallible technique to be able to move through snowy terrain as if you were taking a walk in the middle of nature.

So that everyone can delve into this type of practices, our itineraries are adapted to your experience. So our prepared guides propose 2 different journeys, depending on the group level:

• On the way to the Fuente Alta, from where we can enjoy impressive views of the city of Granada.
• Route to the Virgen de las Nieves Chapel.

Walking in the snow with snowshoes is one of the most ancient practices that develop in those areas that continually live in this situation. And we have turned it into a super fun sport among snowflakes that is loved by both the little ones and those who are not so little anymore.

And like any sport worth its salt you have to be well equipped to do it. We lend you snowshoes, poles and mountain boots. You have to bring thermal clothing to combat the snowy cold of Granada.

Throughout the tour you will be accompanied by professional instructors, who will give you the keys to the route and how to avoid sinking while walking through the snow.

Our itinerary will vary depending on the level of the participating group: we will opt for either the route that will take us to the Fuente Alta, or we will head towards the Chapel of the Virgin of the Snows. Therefore, if you fancy some winter hiking this is your activity. Since for 2hours we will tour the most beautiful snowy landscapes of the aforementioned place.

Adventure and nature are filled with flakes in this experience. For it, in addition, we provide you with all the necessary material, so you don't have to worry about bringing it. You will need poles, hiking boots and snowshoes. Take the warm clothes that you have in your closet and fully equip yourself to avoid getting cold: bring waterproof clothing, hat, gloves, etc...
