The Open Water Diver course is the first level course that qualifies you to dive in open water to a maximum depth of 18 meters. Thanks to this course you will have the opportunity to learn all the basics of scuba diving and you will do it immersed in the crystal clear waters of the enchanting town of Aci Trezza.
This is divided into a theoretical phase, to be carried out online or with one of our instructors, a practical phase in confined waters and a practical phase in open water.
In theory you will learn all the basics and fundamental principles of diving, in the practical phase in confined waters you will have to put into practice what you learned in theory and finally in the practical phase in open water our instructor will accompany you to dive up to a maximum depth of 18 meters below the sea level.
At the end of the course you will receive the internationally valid certification of the Open Water Diver course and you will be able to dive in complete autonomy to discover the magnificent world of diving.
During the course you will be followed step by step by our certified instructors who will assist you during the lessons and provide you with the best training possible.
Those who have a minimum age of 12 can participate in this course but to reach a depth of 18 meters you must be at least 16 years old. We remind you that to dive it is mandatory to be in good physical health and not suffer from diseases related to the heart or lungs.
