Reach us at our headquarters, in the province of Catania, 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time and rely on the professionalism of our staff: you will attend a short initial briefing, during who will explain the evening's program to you.
You will then set sail towards the Archipelago of the Cyclops and some of the most picturesque views of the island. Waiting for you are the magnificent Island of Lachea, the famous Faraglioni, the Norman Castle and the Caves of Ulysses. An unparalleled spectacle of nature, which you can admire while tasting an exquisite dinner based on typical products.
The menu includes:
- Fisherman risotto (rice, mussels, clams, calamari*, shrimps*, cuttlefish*, tomato);
- Trofie with Sicilian pesto and shrimp (pasta, cherry tomatoes, basil, almonds, garlic, parmesan cheese, shrimp);
- Octopus salad (octopus*, parsley, lemon);
