This lesson can be a great opportunity for all lovers of underwater life, to overcome your fears and open yourself up to this wonderful and fascinating world. You won't have to worry about anything: all the equipment such as fins, mask and wetsuit will be provided before the dive, you just have to bring your personal costume, towel and slippers.
Furthermore, our instructors will explain to you all the basic principles of diving, freediving techniques, first breath exercises underwater and will follow you step by step so that you can have a fantastic experience. The dive is carried out in the sea near Santa Marinella or at Lake Bracciano during the summer months while during the winter months in the swimming pool in Frascati. The class will last approximately two hours, the time needed to fall in love with the world of diving!

What does the activity include
- Initial briefing

When your activity starts and finishes
The activity can be carried out during the summer months from July to September inclusive, on Thursdays from 8.15pm to 10.30pm. However, we recommend contacting the property after booking to confirm the time.
