- The duration of this individual freediving course is one and a half hours.

You will live this experience with a snorkel, a mask, fins and a wetsuit in the water, during a memorable 1 hour 30 minutes of apnea, where you will explore the wealth of marine fauna.
The apnea session will take the form of an individual lesson, on the sublime Bidart beach. You will be mainly guided by a state certified diving instructor, who will give you the benefit of his best advice, in order to make you experience an exceptional activity and memorable discoveries.
Thefreediving equipment is fully provided to you, once you arrive at the departure area. We will put you in equipment and can go to the activity location together. For your part, you can bring a towel, a swimsuit and sunscreen to complete the equipment.
The activity can be practiced all year round and every day of the week. Take advantage of this freediving outing to explore the underwater fauna of the Atlantic Ocean. You will discover lots of species of fish and underwater plants during this summer period. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the technical side of this discipline and better understand the principle.
